Lawanna Livsey: If you bought the cleaner from Nordstrom, as long as you followed to instructions exactly, take them in with the cleaner and demand that they return the cost of the cleaner and replace those uggs. If that doesn't work call the manufacturer of the cleaning product and see what they can do for you.
