Appuyez sur Partager. Une liste d’options de partage s’affiche.

Ouvrez les paramètres de votre iPhone ou iPad

Appuyez sur Sauvegarde iCloud. L’écran « Sauvegarde » apparaît.

Appuyez sur iCloud.

Tapez sur Ajouter. Le(s) fichier(s) sélectionné(s) seront téléchargés dans le dossier iCloud.

Appuyez sur le dossier dans lequel vous souhaitez enregistrer le fichier. Le nom du fichier apparaîtra en haut de l’écran.

Tapez sur le nom du fichier et maintenez-le enfoncé. Certaines options apparaîtront dans un menu noir.

Faites glisser l’interrupteur sur

Appuyez sur iCloud.

Appuyez sur votre Apple ID. C’est en haut du menu (votre nom).

Ouvrez l’application Fichiers. C’est l’icône du dossier bleu intitulé « Fichiers ». Vous le trouverez généralement sur l’écran d’accueil. Utilisez cette méthode pour ajouter des fichiers de votre iPhone à iCloud.

Appuyez sur Enregistrer dans les fichiers! . C’est l’icône du dossier gris. Il se peut que vous devi! ez glisser vers la gauche sur les icônes au bas de la liste de partage pour la trouver.

Appuyez sur votre Apple ID. C’est en haut du menu (votre nom).

Verser dans les moules. Pour faciliter l’utilisation de la purée de chou frisé, distribuez-la uniformément dans les bacs à glaçons, les moules à muffins ou les mini-moules à muffins. Transférer les casseroles au congélateur et laisser la purée de chou frisé au congélateur, environ trois heure! s.

Torrie Weissenbach: I spent 2 weeks in Bangladesh back in '91. I can only remember eating at restaurants a coupl! e of times there, but they weren't vegetarian ones. You have to take into account that it's a Muslim country, and vegetarianism is extremely rare amongst Muslims (if it exists at all). Conversely it's also a very poor country, so eating animal flesh is not an everyday thing - not the way it is in richer countries, anyway. Bangladesh being centred on a huge river system, a major part of the diet of Muslims and Hindus and Christians alike is fish. I'd say it would be very unlikely indeed that there would be a pure vegetarian restaurant in Dhaka. In fact the same thing happens in certain chinese restaurants; you might be offered a menu and then you are expected to just point at the # because they do not speak English. So this is not something exclusive to illegal Mexicans. I believe is something exclusive to people who can't speak English.
