Lahoma Beadell: Both are important yet u need to make a base first.You can't draw nice picture on dirty campus. Same for skin.Makeup looks way better when skin is cleaned, toned and moisturized.
Rosie Travino: you should focus on both, but i concentrate more on the skin care side, natural face washes i make myself, exfoliation, etc. i find it important, not for just now but in the future, how you take care of your skin will matter later on. as for makeup, i wear all natural products and mineral makeup also.
Donnell Mollo: skincare because makeup looks ugly on bad skin. good makeup needs a good base to go on :)
